Requirements Analysis

System Design

With a functional specification in place, we will draw upon our in-house skills to produce a detailed breakdown of the project in terms of the hardware, software and network requirements, scalability, availability and reliability provisioning, security concerns, maintenance and future-proofing issues, time scales and costings.

With the detailed breakdown in place, you will have all the information and confidence you need to make the business decision to proceed.

System Implementation

With your acceptance of our proposals, our implementation teams will begin sculpting your vision. You will be able to monitor the progress of these highly motivated, highly skilled teams as they work, through our customer web site (see Project Management above). Numerous checkpoints will be scheduled, where we will demonstrate the complete interface functionality and visual design work with a view to garnering and acting upon your feedback.

Your new system be rigorously tested and assessed against our quality benchmarks.

System Deployment

Once the elements of your project are complete, we do not walk away. From deploying the live system to providing polished documentation, our duty is to ensure your original desires are realised. Only once this is achieved will we seek sign off on the development process.

System Support

Our commitment to you does not end when the development completes. We seek to establish ongoing relationships with our customers. We offer a range of support services to ensure that your new system runs continuously and behaves consistently.
